Genio (formerly Glean) is audio recording software for note-taking. If this was identified as an appropriate support for your learning needs, watch this 3-minute explainer video to familiarise yourself with the software. The Disability Office staff will arrange access and training.

Your Exam Supports will be put in place automatically. Go to Room B08, 15 minutes before each exam, to meet the invigilator who will bring you to your exam venue.
Main Hall Exams
If you are sitting your exams in the main hall, your Marking Guidelines and /or Extra Time will be applied automatically by the Exams Office.
Learning Support
The aim of Learning Support is to help students develop the academic skills needed to access and progress through their course, including organisation and time management, study skills, and essay planning.
Additional Supports
If you are experiencing difficulties with your coursework or find a particular part of it especially challenging, a tutor can provide practical help on a one-to-one basis or as part of a group. Tutors can help with a wide range of topics, including specific course-related subjects or exam and study techniques.
The Learner Success Toolkit is a collection of practical guides and resources to support you in your academic life at TUS, including IT and digital skills, organisation and time management, study skills and essay planning.
The Sensory Room is a specially designed space that provides a calming environment for students who experience sensory overload, anxiety, or other challenges. It offers a quiet retreat to help students self-regulate and feel more comfortable in their academic environment. The Sensory Room is on the D corridor in the main building. Students need access on their student card for the Salto lock on the door. Disability/Counselling staff can request access from the Card Office.
