Paying Your Fees – Midwest Campuses
Information on fee payment options, instalment plans, receipts, and payment deadlines.

- Select “Pay Fees/Account Summary”
- Select Account Balance by Term – Academic Year 2026/2027
- Select the Pay Now button
- Select the checkbox against the academic year you want to pay for (2026/2027) If the full fee owed is showing and you only wish to part-pay, highlight the amount in “Net Term Balance” and edit to the amount you wish to pay.
- Press “Pay Now”

If you are having difficulty accessing the portal, please ensure that you are logged into your TUS account only (log out of any other Microsoft accounts). Other troubleshooting steps include:
- Avoid opening the portal on multiple windows.
- Access the portal via incognito browser
- Clear cache and cookies for all time

If you are having difficulty paying your fees, to avoid late payment charges, please contact the Grants & Fees office as soon as possible, to set-up an agreed, signed instalment plan. More information about instalment plans can be found in the dropdown menu below.
Instalment Plans for AY 2026/2027
At TUS, we are very aware of the financial difficulties faced by many students. For most students, starting college coincides with moving away from home for the first time and trying to manage on a budget. Students will have most outgoings at the start of the year, so it is important to budget for books, class materials and rent deposits, as well as day-to-day living costs.
An Instalment Plan is available for those students who cannot pay their fees in two instalments due to financial difficulties. This Instalment Plan allows you to pay your fees over 8 months from September 2026 to April 2027. The first payment is due when signing up for the plan.
In order to accept the Instalment Plan, the payments must-
- Begin by September 30th, in order to avoid having a hold placed on your account due to not meeting the original fee deadline.
- Be equal in size.
- Paid over consecutive months without breaks.
Any plans that do not adhere to the above criteria will not be accepted.

Students Awaiting their SUSI Grant
If a student has not been awarded their SUSI grant by mid-September, to avoid late payment fees charges being added to their account, they should set up a monthly SUSI instalment plan. Any surplus monies paid will be refunded to the student’s bank account once their SUSI Grant has been awarded.
Please note that no SUSI instalment Plan can be accepted without a valid SUSI application number and a screenshot/printout of the SUSI Online Tracker attached to the form.

SUSI Instalment Plan AY 2026/2027
IMPORTANT: Please note the following in relation to Instalment Plans
- Instalment Plans do not roll from one Academic Year to the next. A new form must be completed every year.
- If two of the agreed monthly instalments are missed, the student will be removed from the instalment payment plan and will fall under the normal fees deadlines.
- Incomplete forms will not be accepted and will be returned to the student.
- The person who completes and signs this form is agreeing to pay the fees in monthly instalments.
- As stated above, the first payment is due when signing up for the instalment plan.
- Due to GDPR regulations, if a Parent/Guardian requires information in relation to a student’s fee account (such as the fees balance), signed authorisation from the student must be provided to the Grants & Fees Office before any disclosure can be made. A Third Party Authorisation form may be completed here.
- Students with outstanding fees at the end of an academic year will have a hold placed on their account and they will be unable to access their exam results / progress from one year of study to another.

| September | All Materials/Health & Safety Fees must be paid in full upon registration. These fees are not covered by SUSI. |
| October | 50% of your fees are due by 31 October. Students who have not paid at least 50% of their fees by 31 October 2026 must have set up an agreed, signed Instalment Plan with the Grants & Fees Office. |
| January | The remaining 50% of fees are due by 15 January. Students who have not paid their full fees by 15 January 2027 will have a hold placed on their account unless they are on an agreed, signed Instalment Plan with the Grants & Fees Office.
IMPORTANT: Full-time undergraduate students who have not registered by 31 January are not entitled to claim free fees and must pay the tuition charge normally covered by the Free Fees Scheme. |
| February | This is the first payment deadline for programmes with a January start date. |
| May | This is the second payment deadline for programmes with a January start date. The remaining 50% of fees must be paid by 31 May 2027. If a student owes fees at the end of an academic year, there will be a hold placed on their account. |
Withdrawal Information
The date of your withdrawal may impact your fees owed. For more information please visit the webpage here.
- If a student officially withdraws from the college between 1 November and 31 January, they will be charged 50% contribution and 50% tuition. They will be refunded any amount that they have paid that exceeds the 50%.
- If a student withdraws after the 31 January, they are not entitled to a refund and are liable for the full fees for that academic year.
