The conferring ceremonies for graduates from our Midwest campuses in Ennis, Clare Street., Clonmel, Moylish and Thurles will take place on our TUS Moylish campus on Thursday 3rd and Friday 4th November. Please see below information regarding each specific ceremony.

Important Information
Graduates should note the following:
- Confirmation of attendance will not be accepted later than 21st October 2022. For those not attending, or who do not respond by 21st October, your parchment will be posted to you after the conferring ceremonies have taken place. If you have changed address please update the Faculty Office.
- Additional guests and children under 10 years of age will be welcome and able to view the ceremony in the Millennium Theatre Moylish campus, where the ceremony will be live streamed.
- Family members and friends of graduates unable to attend on the day will be able to live stream all our ceremonies. You will find links to all our conferring streams in the above table.
- Conferring ceremony guest tickets can be booked at https://www.armstrongandoxford.com/gowning/studentgownbook
- Tickets will be issued to graduates in person by the Robing Company when collecting the robe.
- Robe and ticket collection will be available on the Moylish campus from 3:30pm on Wednesday November 2nd, all day Thursday November 3rd and all day Friday November 4th. Enquiries regarding robing can be sent to info@armstrongandoxford.com
- Graduates must check that their name is spelled correctly on our Student Records System by the 21st October 2022, by using the following link: https://ssb.ancheim.ie/lit/app/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin
- If a graduate or their guest have access requirements (physical access and/or blue badge parking), or need a sign language interpreter, please contact your Faculty Office by 21st October 2022 so that the relevant accommodations can be made.
- All graduates and guests must be seated in the conferring ceremony venue in good time. Late arrivals will be accommodated in the Millennium Theatre.

- Photographic studios will open each day at 8am
- Individual Portrait – €45 (One 10’’x8’’ and two 7’’x5’’ prints of the portrait)
- Family Portrait – €45 (One 10’’x8’’ and two 7’’x5’’ prints of the portrait)
