Robes
Graduate Robes
All graduates must pre-book robes with the official robe-makers, Phelan Conan Limited before Midnight Thursday 23rd October 2025. Robes may be pre-booked online at www.phelanconan.com. The pre-paid hire fee is €45 or pay on the day hire fee is €50.
The pay on the day hire fee can be made by scanning our QR code on the day. Cash will not be accepted.
Due to the implementation of a personal 3D secure password during the credit card payment process on https://www.phelanconan.com, Phelan Conan Ltd staff are no longer able to take bookings over the phone. This has been created to protect your online payments and if you don’t already have a 3D secure password you can activate it by following the simple instructions during the booking process. If you experience any further problems with 3D secure process, please contact your bank.
Robes can be collected from room 8A501, TUS Moylish campus at the below dates and times, it is strongly advised to collect the evening prior to your ceremony to ensure you have sufficient time on the day of your ceremony, you will also receive your TWO guest invites when collecting your robe.
- Thursday 30th October, 9:30am Ceremony Attendees – Wednesday 29th October between 5pm – 8pm OR Thursday 30th October between 8am – 8.45am
- Thursday 30th October 1:30pm Ceremony Attendees – Wednesday 29th October between 5pm – 8pm OR Thursday 30th October between 10am – 12.45pm
- Friday 31st October 9:30am Ceremony Attendees – Thursday 30th October between 3pm – 6pm OR Friday 31st October between 8am – 8.45am
- Friday 31st October 1:30pm Ceremony Attendees – Thursday 30th October between 3pm – 6pm OR Friday 31st October between 10am – 12.45pm
All gowns must be returned to Phelan Conan in room 8A501 after the conclusion of your ceremony.
Academic Robes
Academic Staff can book their robe through the below link. The deadline for Academic Staff to book their robe is Sunday 19th October. We will have a selection of spare robes for those who miss the deadline. https://www.phelanconan.com/hire/academic
Academic Staff robes can be collected from room 8A505, TUS Moylish campus.
Photography
Michael Martin Photography will be located on campus on the days of the Conferring Cermonies to take professional studio portraits of individual graduates and pictures you may wish taken (with parents/ family/ siblings/grandparents/partners etc). Please visit Michael Martin Photography’s website www.mmeventphotography.ie to pre-register now ( click the “register for an event here” button) and see details of their photography packages. You do not have to pay anything to register. Pre-registering your photography session is essential as it will cut queuing times for everybody on the day. Registration closes at 11am on Monday 27 October.
Please note that, for promotional and archival purposes, photography/filming may take place on campus prior to and following the ceremonies. These photographs/recordings may appear on our website (www.tus.ie) and may be reproduced and distributed to the media, both traditional and social, and on future graduation documentation.
If you would prefer not to be photographed, please take appropriate action such as advising the photographer, turning aside, or excusing yourself from the group.
