Delivered fully online and part time, the programme is built for experienced professionals who want to advance strategically, digitally and ethically, without stepping away from work.
This MBA moves beyond traditional management education. Alongside core business disciplines such as strategic management, finance, economics and operations, the programme places a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, digital transformation, sustainability and the future of work. Learners are supported to apply theory directly to their own organisational context through applied projects, case studies and consultancy-style assessments.
A defining feature of the programme is its modern and future-focused module suite. New and enhanced modules such as Data Mining, Business Intelligence and Decision Making and AI, Automation and Robotics for Business equip learners with the skills required to interpret complex data, engage critically with artificial intelligence, and lead organisations through technological change. These modules reflect current and emerging practice rather than legacy management models, and respond directly to employer demand for digital and analytical capability.
The programme also reflects contemporary expectations of leadership. Modules in Leadership, Change and Organisational Psychology, Corporate Governance and Risk Management, and Sustainable Corporate Citizenship explore the human, ethical and governance dimensions of modern organisations. Sustainability, ESG, responsible decision-making and organisational culture are embedded throughout the curriculum rather than treated as add-ons.
Learning is delivered through a online model combining live interactive lectures, structured asynchronous activities and guided independent study. Assessments are varied and authentic, including applied projects, consultancy work, data analysis tasks and reflective practice, ensuring graduates leave with skills they can use immediately in the workplace.
Overall, this MBA is designed for professionals who want a relevant, rigorous and modern management qualification that reflects how organisations actually operate today and how they will evolve in the years ahead
