I do pump selections based on real life applications. With cross over to manufacturing, quality control, product development, 3D printing and much more.

What advice would you give to a young woman considering a career in engineering (2-3 lines)
Don’t let someone talk you out of the industry. There are so many opportunities and challenges that you never know what to expect and it can lead to some fantastic careers.
