James McPhillips is a Senior Lecturer and Engineering Apprenticeship Coordinator at Technological University of the Shannon (TUS). With a professional background in automotive engineering, his work focuses on engineering education, apprenticeship development and work-integrated learning, working across all TUS campuses.
He has led the development and implementation of innovative apprenticeship programmes in collaboration with industry, professional bodies and national stakeholders, supporting workforce development and addressing emerging skills needs.
