TUS Moylish Campus is just a 10-minute cycle from Limerick City Centre, making it one of the quickest, cheapest, and healthiest ways to travel here. With plenty of cycle lanes around the campus, your journey is safe, straightforward, and enjoyable.

Bike Parking on Campus
We provide 80 bike parking spaces:
- 40 spaces in our newly built covered bike shed, located behind the Millennium Theatre.
- The rest are located around campus near the main buildings, with good natural surveillance.
Secure Bike Shed Access
To use the covered bike shed, you’ll need a fob from the Estates Office. There’s a €10 refundable deposit when you return the fob.
Cycle Safety & Support
- Wear a helmet and bright/reflective clothing – free high-vis vests are available from the Smarter Travel Office (email: smartertravel@tus.ie).
- Use lights in poor weather or low light.
- Lock your bike securely with a good-quality lock.
- Follow the rules of the road and be mindful of pedestrians.
No Bike? No Problem!

Better cycling connections coming soon
Limerick City & County Council, with funding from the National Transport Authority (NTA), have begun work on new cycle lanes linking the city centre to TUS Moylish Campus. These upgrades will make cycling even safer, quicker, and more enjoyable for everyone.
