If you have not found any suitable contract or central procurement arrangement that meets your requirements, then please consider the approximate value of your spend (excluding VAT) over the life of the contract to determine how to proceed.
If you have a requirement which could involve multiple products or services over multiple years being purchased from the same supplier, then you must aggregate (add up) your annual requirement to a max. of 4 years, to determine the overall contract value.
