TUS issues three documents online through the Digitary platform:
- Transcripts – a detailed statement of the results a student has achieved during the duration of their studies at TUS;
- Grademailers – an official report of a student’s grades for a specific term;
- European Diploma Supplements – a document issued to all graduates of higher education institutions along with their parchment and transcripts of results.
See below for more information on each document type:
European Diploma Supplements
TUS enables access to your European Diploma Supplement (EDS) via a secure website and a secure, official electronic document system, called Digitary, which uses legally compliant digital signature technologies.
You can login to this service to access and/or share your own official EDS with prospective employers or educational institutions. Any student who graduated from 2005 onwards is eligible to receive one of these documents.
These documents are free of charge and are currently available to all graduates from 2012/13 academic year onwards automatically by logging in as below.
Graduates prior to 2012/13 should contact the Exams Office directly and we can issue your EDS on request.
What is the European Diploma Supplement?
The EDS is issued to graduates of Higher Education Institutions in addition to their degree or certificate. It provides information regarding the award, which is not available on the official parchment such as the skills and competencies acquired, the level of the award you have achieved and the results you have obtained.
What is the purpose of EDS?
It is an important document, which outlines in detail your academic achievement for your award. You may need this document as part of the evidence of your academic record to give to national or international prospective employers, education institutions or for migration purposes.
If you graduated from 2010- 2011 onwards, a digital versions of documents including a European Diploma Supplement have been issued electronically, free of charge, via a secure website known as Parchment, formerly known as Digitary Core.
You must login to Parchment to access digital documents.
Please note that European Diploma Supplements will be issued electronically via Parchment after graduation only.
