TUS requires a consultant to provide services to assist in the HEI collaboration to develop guidelines or standards for investigations of breaches of institutional SVH policy.

This initiative is led by a network of 16 partner higher education institutions including Atlantic Technological University, Dublin City University, Dundalk University College, IADT – Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Mary Immaculate College, Maynooth University, Munster Technological University, NCAD, RCSI, South East Technological University, Technological University Dublin, Technological University of the Shannon, Trinity College Dublin, University College Cork, University of Galway and the University of Limerick. 

TRUST (Trauma informed- Rights based- Unbiased- Safe-Transparent) investigation guidelines in Irish Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s) project will deliver a robust national framework of evidence-based, trauma-informed investigation guidelines that align with institutional policies, uphold equality and human rights standards, adhere to principles of natural justice, and respect both national and EU legislative frameworks delivering a consistent, compassionate, and credible model of investigative practice across the Irish higher-education sector. 

A MS Word copy of the RFQ can be requested by contacting svh@tus.ie or the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response manager (or equivalent role) in any of the partner HEI’s.

Completed RFQs must be sent to svh@tus.ie by July 3rd, 2026, 5.00pm.
