The aim of this programme is to equip learners with knowledge that will enable them to benchmark, manage and understand their personal health and wellbeing; to build and document a personal health and well-being profile initially and then to put in place a personal Health and Wellbeing plan, that they decide is relevant to them, given their new understanding of the various topics covered on the programme. The programme is for everyone, no matter what level you are at in your personal health and wellbeing journey. This is an introductory programme.

· Nutrition Principles.

· Home Workouts and Movements.

· Sleep and Recovery.

· Stress Management.

· Setting and Maintaining Health Goals

· Personal Plans and Reflection.

Intended for:

This course is ideal for anyone who have an interest in understanding their personal health and wellness while also taking control of it through the creation of a Personal plan.

Day: Tuesday

Time: 7pm to 9pm.

Commencing: Tuesday 9th September, 7pm.

Induction: Thursday 4th at 8pm (max 1 hour)
