Intended for:
This course is ideal for anyone who have an interest in understanding their personal health and wellness while also taking control of it through the creation of a Personal plan.

Time: 7pm to 9pm.

Note: All registered students will be invited to a special Learning in the Community Induction session on Thursday 25th September at 8pm, designed to support learners in getting online before the courses begin. All programmes commence the week of 29th September
