Join us for a relaxed and informal Open Day on Friday, 21st August, from 11am–1pm at St. Mary’s Adult Education Centre, Island Road, Limerick. The event is very kindly being hosted by Kings Island Family & Community Resource Centre.
The Open Day is for anyone who would like to find out more about the direct entryroute to the Higher Certificate in Youth Work & Community Development for this year, or anyone who wants to know about the BA in Youth Work and Community Development. On successful completion of the Higher Certificate, students will have the opportunity to progress to the BA in Youth Work & Community Development.
I’ll be there with some of my colleagues from TUS, and we’d be delighted to have a chat with you over a cup of tea. You can ask us anything about the course, what studying Youth Work and Community Development is like, the opportunities it can lead to, or get some help with making an application.
Whether you’re just starting out, thinking about a change of direction, already volunteering or working in your community, or just curious to find out more, please feel free to drop in anytime between 11am and 1pm, there’s no pressure, just come along for a chat.
