RUN-EU Innovation Meets Regions (IMR) is an initiative promoted by RUN-EU – Regional University Network – European University.The event in December 2026 is organised by the Technological University of the Shannon, in our Moylish Campus from 1st to 3rd December.

Innovation Meets Regions is aligned with RUN-EU’s strategy to strengthen the role of European universities in regional development, promoting synergies between research, innovation, sustainability, smart regions, regional design, public policies, and territory. 


Convened in a space for dialogue and co-creation, RUN-EU Innovation Meets Regions, in our Moylish Campus in Limerick, will bring together RUN-EU colleagues and students, with policymakers, higher education institutions, our university and RUN-EU research units, companies, entrepreneurs and regional and European stakeholders, with the aim of reflecting on the contribution of innovation to Smart Design and Regional Innovation.
