My role focuses on the design of pontoons and gangways, alongside coordinating with clients and fabricators to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
What do you enjoy most about working in engineering?
What I enjoy most about this career is seeing a design progress from concept to manufacture and ultimately come to life. Knowing that my work helps ensure people’s safety and comfort on a floating walkway gives me a strong sense of fulfilment.

What advice would you give to a young woman considering a career in engineering (2-3 lines)
Absolutely go for it. Engineering can be challenging, but it is hugely rewarding. It allows you to develop creativity while building valuable skills such as project management and strong interpersonal abilities.
