TUS Inaugural Researcher of the Year Awards

Recognising the contributions of the TUS Research Community to knowledge-creation, knowledge, society and entrepreneurship.

The TUS Graduate School invites nominations for our inaugural Researcher of the Year awards. These awards will recognise members of the TUS Research Community who are making significant innovations in knowledge-creation, to knowledge, society, and entrepreneurship.

The awards will additionally commend the role of mentors, supervisors, research officers and technical support staff in TUS for their support of the research community.

The awards are made possible by TU RISE funding and are a specific output of Work Package 2 Human Capital Development. TU RISE enhances research functions in institutions and actively develops human capital to collaborate effectively with industry. More information on TU RISE is available here: TU Research and Innovation Supporting Enterprise (TU RISE) Scheme | Policy | Higher Education Authority. Please note that while work which includes collaboration with industry/enterprise will be prioritised due to the nature of the scheme, all members of the TUS research community are eligible to apply. This includes postgraduate researchers who are registered as part-time or full-time, regardless of funding source.

Nominations are now open under the following three* categories:
