School Leaver applying to First Year
Application must be made through Central Applications Office: www.cao.ie
Mature Student applying to First Year
Applicants are considered ‘mature’ once they are 23 years or over on 1 January in the year they wish to begin studying. Application must be made through CAO.

Applying with a QQI-FET/FETAC Level 5 Qualification
You will be applying through the CAO. For full information on individual programme requirements, please click here
Applying with a school qualification from an EU/EFTA Association country
Applications from EU citizens are made through CAO. The CAO will find a point score for you based on your results. For details on scoring, click here
International Students (Non-European Union)
Students applying to TUS from non-EU countries are warmly welcomed. You can apply directly to our International Office. For further information, click here

Advanced Entry applications are made direct to TUS.
