If circumstances beyond your control have adversely affected your studies or assessment performance, you may submit an Extenuating Circumstances application to your Faculty Office using the forms provided below.

Submitted applications will be reviewed by the Faculty Office and considered by the Examination Board. Examples of extenuating circumstances may include bereavement, illness, significant personal difficulties or other exceptional events that have impacted your ability to engage with your studies or assessments.
