Shane has three decades’ experience in the communications, branding and advisory spheres in the public and private sectors and is responsible for the operation of the Office of the President in TUS, including the university’s internal and external communications.
Shane is a PhD researcher in the field of Higher Education Strategy at Lancaster University (UK) and holds an MPhil in Irish Studies from the University of Galway and an MBus in Marketing & Management Strategy from TUS. He is a certified Project Manager and a member of the PRII.
Shane sits on a number of non-profit boards and joined TUS in 2015 from the Houses of the Oireachtas.
