Niamh is a Lecturer in Human Resources in TUS, Midwest Campus and teach HRM Concepts, Employee Engagement & Well-Being, Global HRM and Organisational Learning & Development Practices & Employment Law.
She is also a career coach and works with students to prepare them for their work-placement and for assistance in career development.
Niamh is interested in research in the area of Teaching & Learning (T&L) including Embedding Sustainable Development ( ESD) in modules, designing engaging assessments, embracing AI tools effectively and using technology in Teaching & Learning.
Niamh is currently completing modules for the MA in Academic Practice and am completing research into developing assessments that engage learners.
Her subject specific Research Interests include: Creating Sustainable Workplaces, Creating the Workplace of the Future, Ensuring Workplace Wellbeing as well as Managing Change and more generally Organisational Behaviour
