With over 25 years of experience as a Lecturer and Researcher, my enthusiasm for teaching has never changed! My courses focus on human behaviour, communication, careers and leadership. I am programme coordinator of the PG Cert in Leadership and a principal investigator of the Digital Arts Lab in TUS. My PhD students all work in areas investigating how we can use technology to address human issues. I serve as a Board Member for Aiseiri (Drug Treatment) and the South Tipperary Arts Centre. I am also an active member of the Clonmel Health Alliance.
My educational background is focused on understanding behaviour – with a primary degree in Psychology and a Masters in Human Systems. My Doctoral thesis was the study of Post Traumatic Growth in Irish Female Cancer Survivors. I have always been fascinated by change, at all levels.
As a human being, I believe we each have a responsibility to fully be ourselves and for each of us to to ‘do our bit’ i.e. let your light shine and do some good in the world.
