Mechanical and Automobile Engineering Showcase 2024

Welcome

TUS’s annual Engineering Showcase takes place on our Moylish Campus on Friday 19th April 2024, from 10.30am to 1.00pm. This event provides our Engineering students with an opportunity to present the project work they have completed throughout the past Academic year, in areas such as 3D CAD, CNC machining, 3D printing, Simulations, Facilities, Process Improvement, Sustainability and much more.

Joining us on the day will be an extensive spread of industry representatives from companies such as Modular Automation, Shortts Stainless Steel, Zimmer Biomet, Rockwell Engineering, O’Neill Industrial, Croom Medical, Smithstown Light Engineering, Cobots, Dennehy Motors, Nunan Machinery, Bolgers, SQ Fabs, Regeneron, Johnson & Johnson and many more. Awards are given to best project and student, selected and sponsored by industry representatives.

The menus below will take you to each category of students in our Showcase, which involve both group and individual project work from the students across a range of different courses in the Department of Mechanical & Automobile Engineering. If there are any projects on display that are of interest to you, or you wish to contact any of the students linked to these projects, please email Emma.Kelly@tus.ie.
