Course Overview

The Certificate in Customer Service Excellence is a short, practical program designed to boost your skills in dealing with customers. It only takes 12 weeks to complete, making it perfect for anyone working in customer-facing roles like hospitality, retail, sales, or call centers. Programme Overview

  • Quality Management for the Service Industry

Mature applicants (i.e over 23 years)or Leaving Certificate -Grade O6 at ordinary level in five subjects
in the Leaving Certificate. Two of these subjects must be Mathematics and a language(English or Irish)
or any QQI Level 5 or Recognition of Prior Learning (APL/APEL).

2-3 evenings per week 6pm to 9pm (online) Plus selected Saturdays per 9am – 1pm (online).


Induction for the September 2024 programmes takes place on Saturday 7 September 2024 from 9.00am to 1.00pm.

During Induction, you will be given the opportunity to:
– Meet your programme lecturers, programme co-ordinator and students
– Overview of the programme handbook, programme’s modules, assessments and delivery timetable
– Introduction to TUS learning systems including MS Office, Zoom, Moodle etc
– Outline of the learning supports available to you during the programme

Students who successfully complete this programme are eligible to progress into our 60 Credit Certificate in Supervisory Management and Team Leadership Programme subject to eligability criteria.
