The programme combines in-person learning in Thurles with live online webinars, reflective exercises and application to each participant’s own role and organisation.

Personal Leadership And Organisational Growth (10 ECTS)
The Personal Leadership and Organisational Growth Programme consists of three core blocks, Leading Myself, Leading Others, Leading my Organisations Growth, tailored to accelerate participants learning, regardless of where they are at in their personal and organisational growth.
Organisations in all sectors have a need to improve their internal leadership and succession pipelines to ensure the long term growth and sustainability of their organisations.
Those in management and leadership roles within organisations are often promoted into management and leadership positions due to their excelling in their technical role, eg, accountant, nurse, scientist etc. This Special Purpose Award/ module will provide people with the skills and knowledge to prepare them for this very different role as a people manager where they are required to lead and manage themselves, their teams and their organisations.
This program takes the most relevant and important theories and brings them to life with the experiences of the practitioner and leveraging the experience of the learners.
The program expertly blends critical theories with real life reality to help people step up more effectively. The programme is delivered in 3×3 thematic core blocks.
This module is delivered 100% online.
