Counselling gives you some time and space in a confidential setting to explore any issue that is of concern to you.
Counsellors are specially trained to listen attentively and provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you have the opportunity to self-reflect and develop as a person. You can also get advice on where to find additional support and plan how best to move forward in your life.
If you are interested in meeting with a counsellor in a confidential setting about whatever issues is causing you concern the Student Counselling Service offers: individual counselling and groups and workshops. We also provide frequent drop-in sessions.
Counselling is available to students across all campuses. Email counselling.midwest@tus.ie for an appointment at your campus.
Face-to-face or remote sessions available.
If you are a student struggling to cope, please contact us. We are here to help you.
