This 8-week preparatory programme is designed for prospective mature students who want to enhance their digital literacy skills, build confidence, and prepare for the challenges and opportunities of university life at TUS Athlone.
Through small, supportive group sessions, participants will develop essential computer skills, explore academic and career pathways, and connect with others in a friendly and welcoming environment.

21 February – Welcome & IT setup
28 February – Computer Basics 1 (2 hrs) & Exploring Interests & Aspirations workshop (1 h)
07 March: Computer Basics 2 (2 hrs) & Academic Writing Essentials (1h)
14 March: Computer Basics 3 (2 hrs) & Career Opportunities in Sustainable Sectors (1h)
21 March: Computer Basics 4 (2 hrs) & Well-being & Transition to University (1h)
28 March: Computer Basics 5 (2 hrs) & Information on Pathways and Supports (1h)
04 April: Creative Workshop (3hrs)
11 April: Celebration Event (3 hrs)
