This course will provide a synopsis of global control of quality in medicine manufacture for both traditional small molecule and more recent large molecule biotherapeutics. In addition to a manufacturing focus it will also consider the important areas of pre-clinical testing and development, clinical trials and GCP. The course will also explore the relationship between GxP and Quality Assurance using a Total Quality Management model.
