Leadership & Organisational Growth is a Level 9, 10-credit programme designed to build capability across three levels of leadership:
Across these three blocks, participants explore:
The programme combines in-person learning in Thurles with live online webinars, reflective exercises and application to each participant’s own role and organisation.
Each of the three Speaker blocks include numerous reflective exercises to apply the learning through a range of engaging case studies, as well as linking to your role and organisation. To complement the programme, for those who want a more enhanced approach for their personal growth, we are delighted to provide tailored coaching through our Evolve coaching programme, delivered by experienced and qualified Ingenium coaches.
Each 5 credits will normally equate to approximately 100 Total Learning Hours. Total Learning Hours includes the time you spend in class (lectures, tutorials, practical elements) and the time you spend completing work outside of college. The balance between these two varies by discipline, and by level of study. You should bear in mind that the workload will increase at particular times e.g. when assignments are due.
Continuous assessment in the form of a reflective journal for each block.
Certificate in Personal Leadership and Organisational Growth (Special Purpose Award, Level 9, 10 Credits).
