  1.  Project Management

The Certificate in Introduction to Project Management provides a foundational understanding of the principles and practices of project management. The programme covers key areas such as project lifecycle management, methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and the use of project management software tools. Students will explore the stages of a project from initiation to completion, learning how to apply relevant project management techniques in diverse organisational contexts. The course also addresses contemporary issues impacting project management, particularly in sustainability and the circular economy, equipping students with the skills necessary to plan, execute, and lead projects effectively.
