The Certificate in Human Resources Management is a Level 6, 60‑ECTS online programme designed to build practical, job‑ready HR skills. It introduces learners to the key functions of HR and how they support organisational performance, employee wellbeing and effective people management.

Throughout the course, learners explore areas such as recruitment and selection, performance management, employee relations, training and development, reward, and coaching. The programme also emphasises essential professional skills including communication, leadership awareness, emotional intelligence and ethical decision‑making.

The course is delivered fully online over two semesters, with a mix of live interactive classes and structured self‑directed learning. By the end of the programme, learners will have a solid foundation in HR principles, practical tools they can apply in real workplace settings, and increased confidence in handling a range of HR‑related responsibilities. It also provides a pathway to further study in business or human resource management.
