WORKSHOP AIMS
1. Prepare concept notes and develop clear plan to submit for 2 x Erasmus Key Action 2 (KA2) bids, Spring 2023
On Friday we will work with Orla Casey from Momentum Educate and Innovate to prepare groundwork for two EU funding bids to be submitted in Spring next year. These bids are valued at either €250,000 (2 year) or €400,000 (3 year). To ensure these make sense for partners financially, if we have all seven RUN-EU partners, we will possibly try and divide work so that everyone can be on one of the two bids. To achieve this we will need to prepare ideas, learn about the bid structures and commitments, identify locations to submit (i.e. choose a national authority), cost the bids, etc.
You can learn more about Momentum Educate and Innovate at https://momentumconsulting.ie/ – Momentum are very experienced with co-ordinating EU project bids and we have worked with them before on successfully funded projects.
2. Identify other collaboration opportunities, such as co-publications, research supervision and mobility
Networking at the event will allow space for discussion of projects related to specific collaboration opportunities.
