We look forward to welcoming Games Fleadh 2024 to Thurles campus on Wednesday 6th March. Now in its 21st year, the annual games design and development competition will once again recognise the brightest and best among the country’s students game developers. The theme for 2024 is ‘Start with Nothing’.
Now one of the fastest-growing sectors in the global economy, the gaming industry is taking the world by storm, and experts are predicting the market to reach $321 billion by 2026 according to a recent PWC report. Over the past-two decades, Ireland’s national Games Fleadh has seen student software developers and game enthusiasts of all levels across Ireland come together at the TUS Thurles Campus to participate in the popular one-day event.
Schools and the general public are welcome to attend and tickets can be reserved below. For more information on Games Fleadh 2024, contact Dr Liam Noonan below.
