The conferring ceremonies for graduands from our Athlone campus will take place in the Athlone International Arena on Tuesday 1st and Wednesday 2nd November. Please see below information regarding each specific ceremony.

Register your attendance
Graduands are required to register their attendance at graduation by booking their appropriate academic dress and tickets on the Phelan Conan website. Failure to register will be taken as an indication that you are not attending Graduation. Your award will be conferred in absentia and your parchment posted out in the weeks following graduation.

- Registration to attend graduation closes at 1pm on Monday 25th October.
- This is a ticket only event. Once you register your attendance at https://www.phelanconan.com/home, Graduands will automatically receive two tickets for their guests which you will collect with your gown on graduation day.
- This is a family occasion and children are welcome. However, entry to the Conferring Hall will only be permitted to children aged 7 years and older. Live streaming will be available in the Douglas Hyde Theatre for children under 7, family members and guests without a ticket.
- For Graduands and family members who cannot attend graduation we will have a link to live streaming on the day.
